A “good life” does not mean a “life without stress and difficulties”, but a life in which one optimally copes with such negative situations and turn them into opportunities of learning, growing and developing.

良い人生というのは「ストレスも困難もない人生」ではなく、そういったネガティブな出来事を適切に対処することによって学び、成長し発展する機会へと反転させる生き方のことだ。
